You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:

- Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
- Report on activities.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG

Desarrollarás relaciones profesionales con nuestros clientes y ejecutarás las estrategias comerciales para la alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía. Serás el responsable de desarrollar un territorio / distribuidor en canal tradicional. Asegurarás la correcta visibilidad de nuestras marcas en el punto de venta. Liderarás a un equipo de vendedores y supervisores para el correcto desarrollo del territorio asignado. Tú decisión te llevará a alcanzar el crecimiento esperado en los KPI del sector.

**Cómo contribuirás**
- Ejecutar la estrategia comercial para cumplir con la cuota de Sell Out, Cobertura, Efectividad, Must Stock List en cada unidad de negocio.
- Responsable de liderar al equipo de vendedores y supervisores para el desarrollo del territorio asignado.
- Proponer, implementar y supervisar actividades promocionales que permitan desarrollar el canal.
- Garantizar máximo impacto visual y disponibilidad de productos en el punto de venta a través de técnicas de mercadotecnia.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional de las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Ing Industrial y afines.
- 3-5 años en puestos o funciones similares en el área comercial en empresas de consumo masivo
- Trabajo de campo (aproximadamente 70% en campo, 30% administrativo)
- Ingles avanzado
- MS Office nível avanzado
