Qualifications:
Must have at least one 1year similar work experience/s in manufacturing company
Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
Being DOLE - Certified Safety Officer is an advantage
Open for Fresh Graduate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Advise and give instruction to all employees especially the newly hired in various safety-related topics
Ensures that 5S Program is implemented
Monitor and inspect the site conditions and the work of employees to determine if hazards are present and to establish the policies and procedure to avoid hazardous situations.
Determine any unsafe acts or processes that may seem dangerous.
Conduct investigation report to determine the root cause, what process may have gone wrong to gather evidences to identify the cause of the accident.
Determine what type of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that may use and give instructions on how to use and operate all tools/equipment
Ensures that company meets its obligations in all areas pertaining to safety and health at work including training and reporting.
Perform other duties that may be assigned

1. Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.

2. Submitting purchase details (vendor’s information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.

3. Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed.

4. Manage inventory and purchase merchandise based on the company’s need.

5. Conduct inventories of items and audit records to ensure accuracy.

6. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to coworkers, based on information from incoming

requisitions.

7. Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing or assembling them as necessary.

8. Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.
