**About the Client**:
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role is instrumental in supporting the firm's litigation department by overseeing operational aspects, ensuring smooth case management, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

**About the Role**:
**Experience in personal injury law is required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
- Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in compliance with firm policies.
- Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
- Monitor case timelines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Assist in trial preparation and provide support during hearings and trials.
- Implement and improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in litigation support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role within a law firm in New York.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Litigation experience is a must.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, document management, and case management software.
- Knowledge of litigation procedures, legal terminology, and court rules in New York.
- Spanish and English Fluency

**Position**: Paralegal

**Working Hours**: 9 am - 6 pm EST

**Salary**: USD 1200 - USD 1500
