Our client, a personal injury law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the firm's legal operations by overseeing the logistics of legal cases, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking an** operations** Administrator** to assist their legal team. The role involves monitoring online court websites, updating tasks in the system, managing calendars, and contacting insurance companies to provide or obtain updates. The assistant will report directly to the litigation department and support their day-to-day administrative needs.

Professional fluency in **Spanish** and **English** is required.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Regularly monitor court websites for updates and update case tasks as needed.
- Manage and update calendars with appointments, deadlines, and case events.
- Provide general administrative support to the litigation team.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ year of experience in administrative support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office productivity tools.
- Legal experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish**are required.

**Position**: Operations Administrator

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 am to 5 pm EST

**Salary**: USD 500 to USD 700 per month
