Team Overview:
This position will be supporting the onboarding of restaurants to the platform, managing restaurant processes from acquisition to launch and working as a service team to improve Restaurant Experience. (menus, photos, restaurants trainings, certain customer experience processes as T2, tablets and welcome kits delivery are part of the daily tasks this team performs)

**What You'll Do**
- As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of people that will be communicating clearly and professionally with restaurants in person, by telephone and/or written correspondence to ensure that the onboarding process is completed in a timely manner and with the correct quality.
- Restaurant decoration, connectivity and restaurant initial education will fall within the responsibility of the people who will be reporting to this role, allowing the team to fulfill its triage function and ensure high quality standards regarding restaurants that meet the “ready to be online” criteria.
- Executing daily check-ins, team meetings, 1:1s, to discuss recent activities, and barriers to completing work, will be a constant part of the operational routines, since these will facilitate productivity. Reports, handles non-routine and difficult inquiries across multiple functional areas will be latent elements to take into account.
- Leading a team by using the freedom to choose methods within broadly defined processes and tools to meet area metrics. This will include training to new employees and other members of work groups to ensure work consistency.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Previous work experience (at least 2 years of call center supervisor - customer support experience) in a high intensity, fast paced environment
- Previous experience managing outbound client phone calls and inquiries.
- Customer centric orientation (improves customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems and barriers to solutions). Efficiently build credibility and trust with restaurants
- Exceptional communication and writing skills Spanish & English [Min B1]
- Advance PC, Microsoft Office, Google Suite package and internet knowledge
- Excellent problem solving skills (Educates and informs the restaurants of various processes and directs them to appropriate resources)
- Organizational and time management abilities -are a must
- to ensure multiple tasks and priorities are completed by designated deadlines
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within in a hybrid way: some days in the office and other days from the field visiting restaurants / willingness to work on different shifts even weekends.
- Willingness to work in a team, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve and document processes on behalf of users
