We have people working all over Latin America, and w**e are looking for the best talent** to join our team to help us **make people development universal** **About the role**: Your mission as QA Analyst will be to create and implement the strategy for the execution of quality testing in the products launched by our development team, you will also suggest solutions to problems and bugs. If you are looking for a professional challenge that will test your knowledge and abilities every day, this role is for you **You will be able to**: - Test products and functionalities to identify deficiencies. - Suggest solutions to identified problems. - Research the quality of products to create better versions and achieve the best learning experience. - Plan, create and organize the general strategy for quality planning. - Collaborate with the development team to create new products as to ensure the coherent execution of the project. - Identify bottlenecks in the process. - Compile documentation for testing. - Identify key KPIs for QA. - Create and present QA reports. **You should have**: - 5+ years of experience as QA Analyst/Engineer. - Experience using different QA techniques, such as UI testing, Automated Testing, TDD, etc. - Familiarity using Python, HTML y Javascript - Experience in web security and security testing. - Experience using QA testing tools. - Speaking English is required. **Benefits**: We care about our team's wellbeing; both from a personal and professional level.
