Job Responsibilities- Responsible of the development and implementation of global profitable growth strategy, executing & implementing full life cycle lean projects/initiatives for spare parts service group for their respective service offerings.- Serve as the service Spare Parts expert globally for the assigned service offering, providing and developing solutions for spare parts forecastable business with life cycle approach management, focusing on:
- Managing a Service Offering Portfolio:
- Main/Critical components exchange & repairs for Scheduled overhauls of FLS OEM equipment’s.- Operational/Fasteners components to increase our clients assess availability.- Spare parts kits packages for our installed base with value proactive approach to repair/replace our spares during the complete life cycle.- Regional pricing management.- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: (in alignment with global sourcing plans).- Ensuring controlling and optimizing stock of spares & the best quality, price & cost control of it.- Drive and ensure availability of standards spare parts for our equipment's; review the cataloguing in the engineering department and implement the inventory with the approval of the GSLM spares team.- Buy-in (Local Manufacturing) of critical spares.- Regions Business Development support: Work with Regions sales teams & RSLMs to promote SP services to all target customers to fulfill our budget commitments & increase the business, maintaining & growing the assigned service offering.- Support GSLMs and Regions to develop winning proposals.- Provide training and guidance to customers & regions (RSLM / S&SS).- Support launch of new services in region in collaboration with RSLM / S&SS
What you bring- Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related careers- Maintenance and/or planning of mining equipment: Crushing & Feeding (5 years) or Milling & Grinding (5 years)- English - advance- ERPs management, AutoCAD, MS Office.
