Establecer vínculos comerciales con los clientes asignados, a largo plazo y basados en la calidad de servicio ofrecido, a fin de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con los clientes fidelizados como con clientes potenciales. Visitar diariamente hospitales y clínicas privadas asignadas para generar las ventas, cobranzas y despacho (realizando las coordinaciones necesarias con los departamentos de Nefrología, Logística, Tesorería, Almacén) a fin de asegurar el correcto flujo de venta, cobranza o despacho y evitar penalidades. Viajar periódicamente a las ciudades asignadas a su cargo realizando presentación de propuestas, venta de productos y apoyo al área de marketing en caso ser necesario a fin de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, captar nuevos clientes y cerrar las ventas proyectadas. Coordinar con el área de licitaciones de FMC y de los hospitales respecto a los requerimientos y bases de cada proceso a fin de colaborar al cumplimiento de éstos y al logro de la licitación en cuestión. Generar el ingreso de pacientes nuevos al sistema Andy Disc en CAPD y PD, realizar las coordinaciones y gestiones necesarias para el ingreso de pacientes nuevos (ingreso al sistema, kit, etc.) en coordinación con apoyo clínico a fin de cumplir con los procedimientos internos de la compañía y los estándares de calidad establecidos.
Planificar, gestionar, realizar y garantizar las ventas proyectadas a instituciones públicas y privadas, según la asignación geográfica recibida, brindando el mejor servicio posible y a fin de asegurar el logro de objetivos comerciales de la empresa y su posicionamiento en servicio de excelencia.
