Job description
In this position you support the sales department with the elaboration and follow-up of sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight quotations for existing customers. You have daily contact with customers, carriers, and foreign partners. In addition, you proactively and independently make telephone acquisitions to further expand the existing customer base. Besides retrieving information from import/export open data platforms (such as Infoescomar), you also perform data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data, while providing assistance to management and sales executives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or international business (desirable, not exclusive)
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and result-oriented
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in freight forwarding companies or logistics operators.
- Advanced English level, written and spoken

You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team of professionals, carrying on your duties under a 9 to 6, Monday to Friday working schedule, physically located in our Miraflores, Lima offices.
