**Estamos buscando un(a) Home Intern.**

**Duración del proyecto**:6 meses
**Ubicación**:El Salvador

**Descripción del proyecto**:Responsable de análisis de datos y generación de dashboard para seguimiento de resultados, soporte para canales de venta y monitoreo de la correcta ejecución de los procesos comerciales en canales.

**Responsabilidades Clave**
- Creación e implementación de Dashboards por canal comercial.
- Estimación de forecast de ventas para canales y campañas.
- Apoyo en verificación de ARPU y transacciones para campañas de TLV.
- Extraer las bases de televentas mensual según los criterios predefinidos y dar seguimiento a los update de mora.
- Seguimiento a los cambios de plan de clientes que acepten ofertas en canales digitales.
- Monitoreo del resultado de canal Tiendas y la evolución de cada tienda en cuanto a upsell/downsell.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de 4º o 5º año de **Ingeniería de Negocios, Economía y Negocios, Administración de Empresa, Ingeniería Industrial**o carreras afines.
- Manejo de herramientas**:Paquete Microsoft Office, SQL y Power BI.**
- ️ Comunicación **asertiva y efectiva.**
- Pensamiento **analítico**y **orientación a resultados.**
