Fullstack Developer

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Website Development**: Build and optimize WordPress websites with a focus on landing pages, blogs, and overall site performance.
- **Server Configuration**: Set up and manage servers using Bitnami images on Google Cloud or AWS, including configuring SSL certificates.
- **Performance Optimization**: Ensure fast load times and implement changes to achieve and maintain a +90 PageSpeed score across all pages, with no exceptions.
- **Tool Expertise**: Work with Elementor or help transition us to a new platform if needed.
- **Marketing Integrations**: Implement and manage marketing tools, integrations, and tracking pixels effectively.
- **A/B Testing**: Develop and deploy A/B testing functionality for continuous improvement of site performance and conversions.
- **Custom Development**: Use PHP and JavaScript to create or customize functionality as needed.
- **Agile Development**: Commit to sprint deliverables, participate in grooming sessions to size work with story points, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
- **Collaboration with QA**: Work closely with QA to ensure implementations meet all acceptance criteria and are tested thoroughly.
- **AI Tool Utilization**: Leverage AI tools like GPT-4.0 to brainstorm, write code, and create testing plans for deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with confidence in verbal and written communication.
- Strong proficiency in PHP
- Experience with WordPress.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Proven expertise in configuring servers and managing cloud environments (Bitnami images, Google Cloud, AWS).
- Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL, and data modeling.
- Track record of solving complex back-end development problems.
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies to ensure code quality.
