**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement SEM strategies for our English-language brands, both short
- and long-term.
- Manage and optimize SEM and Paid Social accounts (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns; collaborate with specialists as needed to optimize results.
- Generate new and creative growth strategies; manage team members or specialists to execute them.
- Write compelling ad copy for SEM and Paid Social platforms, or coordinate with copywriters for content creation.
- Propose and test new ideas; create projections to support campaign initiatives.
- Oversee multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven knowledge of current SEM best practices.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing within SEM campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to data-driven results.
- Advanced English language skills (C1 level or higher) and great communication skills in Spanish.
- Highly organized and efficient with excellent multitasking skills.
- Experience in managing multi-country paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to strategize and execute campaigns, comfortable taking ownership from planning to implementation.
- Be able to overlap with Germany business hours.
