Founded in 2005 and based in the DMV, we are a property management company serving landlords and investors in one of the country’s largest real estate markets. Our mission is to help property owners manage their investments efficiently while providing renters a comfortable place to call home.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including entry, scheduling, follow-up, and closure
- Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication to ensure timely service delivery
- Solicit and evaluate bids for special maintenance or repair projects
- Schedule property inspections and spot checks as needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice questions and ensure accurate billing

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor
- Advanced English reading skills with strong comprehension and quick processing
- Able to build rapport with a wide range of personalities and provide a positive customer experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proactive problem solver with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable with technology and experienced in using digital tools for property listings, document handling, and workflow management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of Experience in property management and/or customer service (required)
- Advanced English (required)
- Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1 hr lunch)

Pay: S/.3,190.00 - S/.3,900.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- property management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- advanced/C2 English (required)
