**Working mode**: Remote, Zoom meetings during the working hours required.
**Working Hours**:
**40 working hours per week**, as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 5 PM CDT, Saturday: 09:30 AM to 3 PM CDT
**Salary**: USD 500-550 per month or commission-based.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
