**Descripción del proyecto**:Estamos buscando un pasante motivado y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo como **Pasante de Análisis de Negocios**. En este rol, desempeñarás un papel crucial en la creación de informes y el análisis para monitorear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) del equipo de Sales and Distribution en El Salvador. **Responsabilidades**:
**Procesos de Integración de Datos**:

- Colabora con equipos interfuncionales para crear procesos eficientes que integren datos de diversas plataformas.
- Desarrolla flujos de trabajo para recopilar, transformar y consolidar datos con fines de informes.

**Garantía de Integridad de Datos**:

- Asegura la precisión, consistencia y confiabilidad de la información utilizada en nuestro seguimiento de KPIs.
- Implementa controles de validación de datos y realiza auditorías periódicas para mantener la integridad de los datos.

**Informes y Análisis de KPIs**:

- Genera informes y paneles de control para visualizar tendencias de KPIs, rendimiento y áreas de mejora.Analiza datos para identificar patrones, anomalías e ideas accionables.

**Requisitos**:

- Trabajo en equipo.
- Perfil Analítico
- Conocimiento de SQL (deseable)Dominio de Excel / Power BI / Tableau.
