OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en plataformas digitales como Meta Ads, Google Ads y TikTok Ads con el objetivo de aumentar el tráfico, seguidores y ventas tanto en canales online como en tiendas físicas.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

- Crear campañas publicitarias en Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Implementar estrategias de segmentación y remarketing para ecommerce y tienda física.
- Supervisar el rendimiento diario de campañas y realizar ajustes para mejorar los resultados.
- Medir KPIs como ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, ventas por campaña y reportarlos mensualmente.
- Coordinar con el equipo de diseño y contenido para optimizar las piezas publicitarias.
- Ejecutar pruebas A/B de copies, creatividades y audiencias.
- Proponer estrategias digitales para temporadas, lanzamientos y promociones.
- Utilizar herramientas como Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Looker Studio.
- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de marketing digital, belleza y consumo masivo.

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO:

- Estudios universitarios en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicaciones o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência comprobada en publicidad digital (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Dominio de herramientas de medición y optimización digital.
- Deseable experiência en rubro retail, cosmética o belleza.
- Proactividad, enfoque en resultados, pensamiento analítico y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Tolerancia a trabajar Bajo presión y por el cumplimiento de objetivos

INDICADORES CLAVE DE DESEMPEÑO (KPIs):

- ROAS mensual mínimo: 3x
- CPA por debajo del objetivo mensual establecido
- Incremento mensual de seguidores (Meta + TikTok): mínimo 30%
- Aumento de tráfico a tienda física y ecommerce
- Disminución del CPC y mejora en el CTR mensual
- Generación de leads y crecimiento de base de datos
