**ROL REQUIREMENTS**
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in architecture, project manager, residential interior design, with a focus on bathroom, basement, and kitchen remodeling.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in general construction practices.
- Expertise in architectural technical drawing.
- **IT Skills**: Strong general computer knowledge.
- **Language Proficiency**: Advanced English (C2 level) required.
- **Remote Work Capability**: Ability to work remotely, including:

- A quiet workspace.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Dual-monitor setup.
- **Geographical Requirement**: Permanent resident in Lima, Peru.
- **Age**: Between 25 and 45 years old.

**DESIRABLE**:

- Experience in the USA market
- Possibility to work in the office
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as JobNimbus, Buildertrend, or similar
- Other computer-related skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create drawings using SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- Incorporate kitchen cabinets into drawings to build estimates.
- Conduct video calls with clients and subcontractors.
- Participate in project management using CRM software.
- Assist customers in selecting fixtures.
- Order materials and follow up with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely supply of fixtures.
- Manage costs and prices for supplies
- Register and conduct all work in CRM system
- These responsibilities may vary depending on the market and internal demands

**JOB TYPE**: Full time

**BASIC SALARY**: S/ 2,500.00 - S/ 3,000.00 per month

**LANGUAGE**: 100% English written and spoken (mandatory) and Spanish (Desirable).

Pay: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month
