Business Controller

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the process automation in Lima, Perú. You will be mainly accountable for: - Participating in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Receivables team. - Performing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring. - Complying with and helping achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Receivable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation. - Executing accounting analyses and maintaining relevant transaction documentation within area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are immersed in accounts receivable, review of account analysis, and creation of financial reports. You enjoy working with expenses and assisting project controller in various reports and the industry market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, follow-up, debugging and cleaning of all accounts, reconciliation analysis.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, knowledge in accounting, advanced excel and collection management.
- You are passionate about proactive, independent, team player, decision maker and results oriented.
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related careers.
- You are at ease communicating in English at intermediate level (desirable).
