We are a fast-growing enterprise software company, and our product has strong machine-learning, web, mobile, and messaging components.

As we enter the US market, we are looking for a Data Engineering Lead to enhance our Latin-America built platform and scale it to thousands of enterprises in multiple geographies, including the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead software delivery team; including contributing to the production code base and providing ongoing maintenance and support
- Ensure the technical infrastructure strategy, configuration and management for Levee software is fast, resilient and scalable by providing technical direction, guidance, and hands-on management to team members
- Serves as a technical lead for large-scale projects and corporate initiative
- Collaborate with teams to integrate data into current and new platforms.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting as needed for new and existing platforms and functions
- Execute database queries and conduct analysis
- Optimizes existing solutions and identifies key areas where efficiency can be gained through automation or other processes.
- Stay abreast of new and innovative trends in software development and the web and data software product space

**Skills and Experience**
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong knowledge of Golang and/or Ruby as a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English a must
- Experience working in cloud ecosystems and deployment to cloud environments
- Experience instituting devtools+devops best practices, including version control, code reviews, deployability, and CI/CD
- Ability to independently craft and deliver large complex projects
- Familiarity with machine learning and data science
- A broad set of technical skills and knowledge across hardware, software, systems, and solutions development.
- Prior track record of technical lead experience on software engineering teams
- Experience and desire to work on a fast paced, multifaceted, high growth focused engineering team
