We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything. **What we’re looking for**: **Responsibilities and Duties**: - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them in implementing best practices and architectural principles. - Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework. - Drive the adoption of industry-standard development methodologies, tools, and practices. - Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to coding standards, performance requirements, and security best practices. - Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development. - We are looking for a product mindset person contributing to the team in aspect other than coding - Coordinate with the cross-department (Backend, Designer, higher-level team) and contribute in informative and decision-making factors. - Building, implementing, and managing product modules along with their sub-systems. - Testing products to remove bugs and any malfunctioning aspects. - Estimating new projects and doing technical analysis of projects. **Qualifications** - Experience in state management library Get and Bloc (Redux will be a plus point) and provider. - Strong knowledge of the Git version control system. - Strong knowledge of IDEs like Android Studio, Xcode, VS Code etc.' - Familiarity with Continuous deployment tools and platform like Codemagic, Bitrise, Bitbucket pipelines and Github actions - Must have published at least 5 flutter apps in app store and play store (minimum of 3 actively available => if not reasoning needed) - Having a good knowledge of MVVM(Model, View, ViewModel) architecture. - Understanding the life cycle of common widgets, how to use the theme and contemplate design systems into mobile UI components. - Experience with implicit animation components of flutter along with custom animations. - Asynchronous/multi-threading in Dart. - Unit testing - Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects. - Strong understanding of app store connect features like: Testflight along with certificates and provision profiles for ios and keystore for android. - Knowledge of in app purchase and location features. **Good to have knowledge of following things**: - In app purchase. - Maps and location based features - Web sockets - Firebase - Video players and animations with Tween - Push Notifications functionalities. **Your behaviors**: - Pragmatic with a strong understanding of effort versus business value - Collaborative team player - Problem solver with a drive to understand what’s under the hood. - Individual with strong Interpersonal skills and verbal communication. - Decision maker who takes in consideration of client needs but also provides inputs that would enhance the client product. **What you'll love about us...** - Working in a fast-growing company. - International working environment. - 5 working days during the week. - Bonuses for achievement of objectives.
