Description

1. Execute assigned personal care cosmetic NPD (New product development), NPI (New Product introduction), Compliance, PED (Partner Enabled), Tech Transfer project for on time launch.

2. Manage existing personal care cosmetic products portfolio of certain brands in One China. Support product or formula related troubleshooting or consumer complain. Support new product launch, commercial promotion, or other business needs.

3. Technically drive or support CIP (Cost Improvement Project). Execute reformulation or process optimization for existing personal care cosmetic products to improve GP.

4. Support Compliance reformulation or BCP (Business Continuity Plan) projects of post launch products
- Reformulation to remove none-compliance
- Raw material supply issue or discontinuation (reformulation part)
- Emergency case of Finish Goods supply.

5. Collaborate with local and regional functions to ensure a smooth transition of technology and product knowledge to meet local business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or other related fields

Minimum 1 years of experiences in areas of product/ process development, preferably in consumer products and in a manufacturing environment
