**Job Scope**:
As a Technical Leader, you will play a central role in the design, development, and delivery of
for Continuous Delivery and SOLID architecture and a strong background in building scalable
systems using C#/.NET, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript using a Scrum/Agile development
methodology.

As a senior member of the development team, we are looking for someone to be a mentor to
others, an advocate of best practices, and an active coach across the organization. We look for
self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment - which means wearing many hats,
being able to change direction quickly, and showing an eagerness to learn new technologies as
the need arises. In this role you work with on a collaborative team of engineers - so excellent
interpersonal and communication skills are also a must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to strategic architecture and vision
- Evaluate new tools and technologies, create prototypes and proof of concepts, and share

your result with your peers
- Actively mentor engineers to develop their expertise
- Work with engineering teams as they start new projects to ensure a maintainable

architecture is created
- Adhere to and advocate for development best practices including test driven development

and agile methodologies
- Contribute ideas for continually improving the team's productivity and code quality
- Become an expert in our existing systems in order to innovate on their further

improvement

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in producing software; last 2-4 contributing at a Senior or

Principal level
- Expert-level experience with at least C# and the.NET runtime and JavaScript
- Expert experience with TDD, SOLID design, SOA, scalability
- Organize and prioritize individual workload in order to meet required deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members, team leads, and on occasion with clients
- Work as a member of a team, accept ownership of work and actively contribute to team

discussions
- Excellent decision-making skills
