**Job Description**:
Among their many responsibilities are:

- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Analyzing skills and qualifications to evaluate IT resumes
Scheduling and conducting pre-screening interview invitations to test applicants' skills
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for open vacancies
Participating in meetings and conferences to establish contact with IT professionals
Performing onboardings of new personnel
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Performing job assessments and tasks to record the requirements and duties of the job
- Researching on the latest technology trends
- Keeping up with new technology trends and IT products

**Qualifications**:
Among the list of requirements to be an IT Recruiter are:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant IT degree
- Verified work expertise as an IT recruiter or regular recruiter
- Practical expertise with multiple interview formats (call interview, Skype, Teams, others)
- Ability to understand and explain the job requirements for IT roles
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Solid knowledge of recruitment techniques (social media recruiting and boolean search)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
