The area is responsible for obtaining the sanitary licenses of the products marketed by JNJ in the regulated markets
1. Gestionar agendas de los manager y associate director. Esto incluye creacion de invitaciones para meetings a clientes del area
2. Gestionar actividades de viaje en concur y las respectivas legalizaciones de gastos
3. Gestionar la logística de los encuentros del equipo de regulatory
4. Levantamiento de data y presentaciones que necesite el equipo gerencial
5. Toma de minutas de reuniones del equipo de regulatory
6. Armado de flujogramas, documentos de acuerdo de ejecucion y comunicaciones al equipo
**Qualifications**:
Estudiante pro o pre en carreras como: Farmacia, bioquímica, químico farmacéutico
Conocimientos en normatividad de medicamentos o asuntos regulatorios
Inglés : Intermedio B1- B2
power bi, excel, adobe pro
Habilidades: comunicación asertiva, organización, practicidad y adaptación a los cambios.
