**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Este rol ayuda al Operador de sistemas proporcionando servicios en entornos de sistemas complejos de varios protocolos y varios proveedores. Interactuará con los clientes, los proveedores y la dirección para garantizar un alto grado de satisfacción del cliente final. Actuará como recurso técnico y punto de conexión para los operadores o la dirección. Se encargará de la identificación y resolución de problemas complejos relacionados con la instalación de productos o servicios, las actualizaciones de hardware o software, la configuración, las operaciones, el rendimiento u otros aspectos de los productos y servicios de la tecnología de la información relacionados con el entorno de operaciones.
