Descripción del empleo
- Desarrollar soluciones de software estables y escalables.
- Participar en los procesos de diseño y planificación de soluciones de software.
- Sugerir ideas, nuevas soluciones o mejoras a los sistemas tecnológicos actuales.
- Encontrar soluciones de forma proactiva y de manera colaborativa con otros miembros del equipo.
- Documentar las soluciones técnicas con esquemas y los documentos necesarios para su fácil comprensión por el resto de áreas técnicas de la empresa.
- Actualizarse sobre las tecnologías en uso y explorar nuevas tecnologías.
- Analizar los requerimientos para determinar esfuerzo e impacto sobre componentes ya existentes.
- Realizar cambios críticos que puedan requerirse tanto a nível de backend como frontend con herramientas/recursos de desarrollo más usados para proporcionar una alta disponibilidad.
- Brindar el apoyo informático para la identificación de problemas y su solución en caso de incidencias.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesionales de las carreras de Ing. de Sistemas o afines.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en Desarrollo de Software y 3 años desarrollando con metodologías ágiles.
- Experiência en mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software moderno, incluyendo control de versiones de código (git), Unit Testing, TDD, Code Reviews, CI/CD, etc.
- Uso de buenas prácticas de programación y experiência en lenguajes de programación (C#), Backend (Net core,.NET), Frontend (Angular).
- Conocimientos en desarrollo de código Seguro (aplicando OWASP), manejadores de base de datos (SQL Server/Oracle PL SQL) y contenedores (docker).
- Conocimiento deseable de RPA's con UIPath o Power Automate, Power Builder; y uso de servicios con Azure, DevOps Azure, ETL's, Jobs, MYSQL o herramientas opensource.
