**What You Will Do**

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for - Provides specialist support on the administration and processing of payrolls for workstream in China.
- Key Responsibilities

- Provides payroll administration support including payroll, time&attendance processing, reporting, payroll tax deliverables, etc. Researching discrepancies in payrolls, takes or directs proper corrective action.
- Completes required payroll and payroll tax reports and ensures compliance with established policy, procedures, and requirements
- Provides guidance and direction to the business, stakeholders, and employees in matters dealing with payroll administration, processing requirements, reporting and payroll tax requirements, and other accounting requirements.
- Maintains and communicates the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing and provides direction to business, stakeholders, and employees in accordance with policy and guidelines established.
- Serves as source for the department or function by researching and responding to payroll related questions and problems.
- Provides support on various Payroll projects as required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes.

Qualifications

**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ working experience in payroll
- Bachelor degree required
- Good English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- High learning agility to be adaptive to new environment
