Providing administrative support to our executives by handling personal requests such as scheduling appointments and ordering supplies
- Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights and hotels, arranging conference calls with other executives, and making sure all details are taken care of.
- Planning and organizing corporate events such as conferences or trade shows
- Coordinating travel arrangements for business trips including booking airfare, arranging car rentals and hotel reservations, making reservations at restaurants, and arranging sightseeing trips while on business trips
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, making follow up calls, and providing reminders about upcoming appointments
- Coordinating the executive’s household duties by hiring cleaning services, hiring a gardener, or requesting home repairs be done by a contractor
Requerimientos
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or a related field.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
