Prepaid Retention Specialist

**Propósito Principal**

Apoyar al área comercial a través del análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos que permitan identificar oportunidades, riesgos y tendencias del mercado. Tu misión será transformar datos en insights accionables que impulsen decisiones estratégicas y fortalezcan la retención y monetización de clientes prepago.

**Principales Responsabilidades**

• Desarrollar y proponer análisis que ayuden a resolver desafíos de negocio.
• Coordinar con los equipos de Business Intelligence, Pricing y Customer Understanding para evaluar el desempeño de ofertas y campañas.
• Elaborar reportes periódicos que den visibilidad sobre el rendimiento comercial.
• Gestionar campañas de retención y monetización en clientes prepago, midiendo su efectividad y proponiendo mejoras.
• Apoyar en el diseño de la oferta comercial prepago a nível nacional.
• Coordinar campañas segmentadas de blindaje y upsell multicanal.

**Requisitos**

• Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería de Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía y Negocios o carreras afines.
• Experiência de 1 a 3 años en modelado y análisis de datos, junto con consultas en SQL
• Uso avanzado de Excel
• Uso intermedio-avanzado del lenguaje SQL
• Deseable: experiência en modelos predictivos con Python/R y desarrollo de tableros en Power BI
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado
