**About the role**

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Controller who’ll report to the Chief Financial Officer. You'll be setting up the entire accounting function’s processes and policies.

**What you'll be doing**

- Regulatory mapping to help set up products and processes correctly from an accounting and reporting perspective
- Participating in product scoping in the Peruvian market
- Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts for the local entity in ERP Oracle NetSuite, in accordance with Peruvian and IFRS standards, and ensuring policies are updated
- Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process, both via automation and controls
- Participating in annual and interim audits and delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
- Contributing to and defining consolidation
- Supporting the accounting and month-end closing process
- Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
- Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts

**What you'll need**

- To be a qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or CA)
- 8+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions
- Impressive accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
- Relevant experience in an international banking or fintech environment
- Fluency in English
- To be able to attend the office if based in Lima
- A structural and logical approach to solving problems
- Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- Experience within a fast growing organisation
- Great motivation and focus on delivery

**Nice to have**

- Experience with NetSuite management
- Data analysis skills with experience in Python and/or SQL
