**Descripción del trabajo**:
- Monitors mid-level delinquent accounts, implements collection procedures and accepts payments.
- Input information through data screens for mid-level delinquency accounts to accurately reflect account activity & resolve account discrepancies and balances.
- Responds to inquiries from customers.
- Receives/places calls or send letters to customers to resolve billing or invoice issues on delinquent accounts.
