We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated **Paralegal** with experience in **Personal Injury**to join the team of one of our esteemed U.S.based clients, a reputable law firm with a strong focus on delivering exceptional legal services.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist in managing case files, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Support attorneys in preparing for court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Review and organize discovery documents and other evidence.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with a U.S.based law firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, processes, and terminology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Proficient in legal research tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours.
