**Fundamental Requirements**
- Bachiller o Maestrian en: Administracion de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Marketing, Tecnologia de la Informacion o areas relacionadas.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, data handling, and tech savy.
- Extremely detailed and process oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or technology-related roles.
- Strong data management and operational skills.

**Ideal Profile**
- Experience in data management, administrative operations, process automation, or operations coordination.
- MBA or a Business Master
- 2+ years of professional experience (ideal, but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle structured workflows and repetitive but highly detailed processes.
- Ability to turn client form responses in English into targeted lists and outputs in our software.

**About the Role**

As the Data Operations Manager, you will provide direct daily support to the VP of Data Operations. This includes managing operational tasks, handling reporting, filtering and coordinating data processes, and ensuring smooth execution of back-end operations. Almost all tasks will be carried out in English, so fluency is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the VP of Data Operations with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Perform general data handling, filtering, and reporting.
- Manage and maintain operational workflows in Google Sheets and related platforms.
- Coordinate tasks across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide proactive support to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
