**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the commercial area and offers in meeting the requirements of spare parts and equipment for ABB products to our main customers.
- Monitor the manufacture and import of products from ABB factories and external suppliers.
- Manage the relationship with the ABB factories (Switzerland, Singapore, Sweden) claims in the event of delays in internal factories.
- Calculate product import factors
- Implement improvement actions.
- Lead by example, demonstrating HSE best practices and business ethics in daily operations, contract management and negotiations.
- Provide assistance in electronic trading activities.
- Facilitate and participate in training programs on regulatory compliance and professional development.
- Carry out transparent and effective communications internally, externally and between the different units and centres, in order to promote transversal collaboration.
- Standardize processes and implement routines in line with global directives.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related professional careers.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP module MM.
- Experience in products type parts and spare parts. Technological and electrical preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of international business following up on the manufacture and import of products from abroad.
- Knowledge of the customs nationalization process and forwarder management.
- Knowledge of customs processes and international transport.
- Proven experience in corporate resource planning and standard operating procedures.
- Cooperative and solution-focused attitude, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced English.
