**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing and ad campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
- Utilize marketing automation and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to website management, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, including blog posts, social media content, videos, etc..
- Participate in content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and techniques.
- Experience with marketing ai and automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress.
- Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial management of marketing projects.
- Excellent understanding of general marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to contribute effectively to content marketing efforts that resonate with target audiences.

Pay: S/.22.00 - S/.30.00 per hour
