**Better requires process, discipline, and simplification**
We’ll be looking to you to provide AML support to our agents and affiliates to help them comply with our policies. You will assist in developing programs, policies & procedures for agents to meet regulatory obligations and minimize loss. Your role will be to evaluate the agent’s existing AML controls through compliance reviews and discuss the findings with action points for the agent if required. This may also mean you need to provide training if required. You will also be asked to provide regular reports to your managers with your feedback.
For such a detail-oriented role, we require you to have experience in compliance with a focus on Anti Money Laundering from a banking or payments industry for at least 3 years. A bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, fraud, or any related field will be ideal. You'll possess an analytical mind and problem-solving skills. Communication is key as you will be interacting with agents and colleagues regularly, which should be a strength. Intermediate Excel is a must. English proficiency is preferred.
