Supply Planning Professional Trainee

**Position Snapshot**:
Provide consistently short term finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/ labor) and materials. Share experience and contribute to increase knowledge & capabilities in own area of expertise, within and/or outside own category/market in the Group.
**A day in the life of...**
- Create a feasible and effective production plan within the DPS period, in line with market demand and MPS plan, that takes into consideration available capacity, labor and materials, while ensuring plant efficiency and customer service level.
- React to changes in both supply and demand and realign the plan to minimize supply risks while protecting plant performance.
- Regularly review of production cycles, lot sizes, plant capacity and utilization and future hconstraints (e.g. plant shutdowns) in consultation with production.
- Provide advanced information on labor requirements within the DPS period.
- Liaise with the MRP planners to ensure that material availability will not impact production plans and to protect customer service in case of shortage.
- Ensure smooth implementation of New Product Launches and Promotional activities.
- Ensure that trials and other required downtime are reflected correctly in the system.
