Interior Remodeling Estimator

**H&C Construction LLC**, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking an **Estimator Assistant** to join our **Sales & Operations Department** in Lima, Peru.

The mission of this role is to support accurate cost planning and financial control for interior remodeling projects by ensuring precise estimates, reliable data, and well-organized documentation. Through close collaboration with internal teams, this position contributes to informed decision-making and efficient project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Support the estimation process** by reviewing drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- **Assist in preparing detailed cost breakdowns and comparative analyses** for residential remodeling and interior design projects.
- **Collaborate with the Project Development and Operations teams** to ensure consistency in project data, materials, and pricing.
- Verify material quantities and specifications in coordination with vendors and project managers.
- Maintain and update estimation sheets, templates, and internal cost databases.
- Organize digital files and proposals, ensuring traceability and accuracy in all documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation tools and workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- **Technical or university studies in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in estimation, interior remodeling, or cost planning (internship or junior-level acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets.**:

- **Advanced English level (B2-C1).**:

- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience or interest in **interior remodeling projects, project coordination, and design cost planning** (costs, budgets, and scheduling).

**Compensation & Terms**
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time, on-site (Lima, Peru) under **Peruvian MYPE payroll.**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, aligned with EST hours.
- **Monthly Salary**:PEN 2,000 - 2,500 gross.**
