As a **Graphic Designer - Training Content Creator**, you will work closely with our Training Team to design visually compelling materials that make complex information clear and engaging. Your work will support internal training programs across various departments of our office.

This is **not a legal role** — we’re looking for someone with **strong creative and design skills**, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills in English.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce engaging training content such as presentations, handouts, infographics, and other visual learning materials.
- Create templates and branded materials that align with the firm’s identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training content and visual standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in graphic design** (minimum 2 years preferred).
- **Advanced skills for**Graphic Design tools
- **Advanced skills in** Microsoft Office
- Strong English skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience designing educational, e-learning, or training materials is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and corporate communication.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles (a plus, not required).
