We have people working all over Latin America, and w**e are looking for the best talent** to join our team to help us **make people development universal** Your mission as a Product Owner will be to increment the quality of our product by using and implementing data analysis, as well as the betterment of our platform, by measuring data points like MAU (Monthly Active Users) and retention rates. If you are looking for a professional challenge that will test your knowledge and abilities every day, this role is for you **You will be able to**: - Write user stories. - Have a clear understanding on how product development efforts impact KPIs. - Communicate and brainstorm constructively with senior stakeholders. - Be the go-to expert on a feature level. - Plan and prioritize the product and sprint backlog of the squad. - Create a product vision and set a direction for the team and stakeholders during the development of the product. - Build and organize quarterly and annual roadmaps with the Product Manager. - Lead the product discovery: plan, manage, and measure the impact of releases, aiming to achieve key metrics. - Lead all agile ceremonies with the squad and execution of product launches - Measure the value, develop case studies and prioritize stories and epics according to user and business needs. - Keep an active role in the mitigation of roadblocks. **You should have**: - A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position. - Experience in B2C/B2B products. - Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum). - Proficiency with Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics and/or other product analytics tools. - Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint, as well as SQL knowledge. - Technical understanding of Product Discovery techniques and usability tools. - Understanding of software development principles for digital product development. **Good to have (but not required)** - SQL knowledge. **Benefits**: We care about our team's wellbeing; both from a personal and professional level.
