Launched in 2017, by Isabelle Mashola and Philippe Coup-Jambet, isahit is a socially responsible platform that aims to offer people (called **HITers**), located in developing or socio-economically disadvantaged countries, a supplemental income so that they can at some point in their life path, realize an entrepreneurial and/or professional project, resume or continue their higher education but also connect to the rest of the world via the Internet while training them in digital skills.

Isahit aims to expand rapidly internationally. The platform is available in over **35 countries in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe**. It brings together a community of more than **1,000 HITers**, **mainly women,** who carry out digital tasks outsourced by French and international companies, to earn additional income and thus achieve their professional projects.

Isahit is part of a co-development approach and measures its impact on 3 main pillars:

- education,
- professionalization around digital tools in the world of work,
- women's empowerment

Since the beginning of our history, we have grown and made an impact:

- More than 250 clients trust us with more than 1500 digital projects and **60,000,000 digital tasks completed**:

- More than **1,500 HITers supported on our platform** within our international, dynamic and committed community
- More than **15,000 hours of digital training given**:

- 71% of HITers have completed their projects thanks to isahit
- 12% of HITers have financed their studies through isahit
- Development of our digital platform even more intelligent, agile and innovative with the development of new tools using artificial intelligence.

**Post Description**:

- Targeting potential HITers
- Targeting companies or organisations that could outsource their digital projects to isahit projects to isahit (business introducer)
- Search for and develop potential partnerships with isahit
(training organisations, language institutes, associations, etc.)
- Keeping isahit informed of relevant local news (political or other)
- Keeping isahit informed about local administrative procedures and related costs
(logístical costs)
- Communicating on social networks and in the local media about isahit
- Relaying isahit's communications (which appear on isahit's social
networks) to its relevant networks
- Organisation of events (schools, associations, incubators, etc.) to present isahit
- Targeted recruitment of HITers according to isahit's needs in order to
to be able to meet the demands of isahit's clients: language skills, on the use of specific tools (e.g. Photoshop), quality of the internet connection, etc.
- Follow-up of the hostess's legal documents (valid ID, proof of address, means of payment (valid ID, proof of address, means of payment and certificate of self-employment) useful for integration into isahit and to enable her to start training and then to work
- Follow-up of the hostesses during the integration training (in case of difficulties)
- Follow-up on the availability of active hostesses (in case they do not report this regularly on the isahit platform)
- Monitoring the activity of the hitchhikers so that they do more than 50 hours of work (in estimated time on the platform) at isahit's request
