**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION**
- Education: Higher Education (Marketing, Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine or similar)
- Desirable: Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management or the like)
- Languages: Fluent English (essential)
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in pharmaceutical industry for at least 3 years. Multinational and Oncology, Immunology or Rare diseases market experience.
- Understanding of the public pharmaceutical market.
- Technical knowledge:
- Office Package (Excel; PowerPoint mandatory)
- Market Audit (IQVIA, etc.)
- P&L (Profit & Loss).
**POSITION MISSION**:
- Responsible for product management, identification of market opportunities in the public and private sector, strategic planning and execution, management of P&L (Profit & Loss) and preparation of the marketing plan.
- Influence multidisciplinary teams (including Marketing, Access, Policy, Commercial, Financial, Legal and Medical) in the search for opportunities, planning and implementing projects.
- Work close to the sales force to guarantee the correct implementation of the strategy.
**MAIN ASSIGNMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop the marketing plan for the products under your responsibility.
- Work together and influence an interdisciplinary team within the company to expand products in the public and private sector.
- Interface with internal areas such as access, policy, commercial, regulatory, medical, legal, and financial.
- Analyze and consolidate market data (including field monitoring and reports). Perform analysis of opportunities / threats for products online. Recommend action plan.
- Perform the management of the product's P&L - Profit & Loss (Profits and Losses) and propose alternative actions to guarantee the results planned in the business plan.
- Responsibility for financial and demand forecasting.
- Implementation, planning and tracking of digital campaigns.
- Understands customer needs and ensures the team´s right focus and alignment aiming to deliver the most appropriate solutions
- He/she is responsible for translating business strategy into personalized experiences, services, solutions, as well as distinctive outcomes based on value propositions, defining and prioritizing the several initiatives planned.
- Carry out the development of the promotional strategy and ensure that promotional and training materials are made available to the sales team within the established deadlines.
- Management of the implementation of tactical actions with the sales force.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor internal and external events (congresses, webcasts, summits, etc.).
