HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Lima, Perú. You will be mainly accountable for: Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are interested in developing yourself in the HR Area. Working in a global company with international processes in the industrial market. In automation processes that predominate today and in various areas, and with a high diversity of customers.
- Ability to demonstrate your knwolege in Power BI (desirable), Microsoft Office (advanced level excel).
- You are passionate about Hungry of learning, Personal leadership, Teamwork, collaboration, Resilience, Adapt to changes, Decision making, Conflict resolution, and Analytics oriented-mindset.
- Student from 7th cycle in Psychology, Industrial engineering or Administration.
- You are at ease communicating in English at advance level (must).
