Estamos en búsqueda de un experto desarrollador en Ruby on Rails para trabajar en una startup con gran crecimiento en México para llevar a cabo las siguientes actividades:

- Diseño y construcción de código que sea eficiente
- Checar las fases de producción y analizar si existe algún problema que tenga una solución.
- Soluciones en almacenamiento de datos
- Integración de elementos desarrollados por los developers en Front End.
**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência en ORIENTACIÓN A OBJETOS REQUERIDA**:

- Conocimiento profundo de cómo funciona Ruby. Sabes cómo manipular arrays sin el uso de un framework como Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ años de experiência con lenguajes dinámicos (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, etc.)
- 3+ años de experiência con framework MVC (Ruby on Rails, Django, Cake PHP, etc.)
- Escritura limpia y legible de códigos Ruby on Rails.
- Experiência en el desarrollo de Servicios Web y diseño de APIs REST.
- Experiência en PostgreSQL o alguna base de datos relacional y bases de datos no relacionales (MongoDB o similar).
- Experiência trabajando con Git o VCS similar.
- **Dominio del español y del inglés (hablado, escrito y leído)**:

- Capacidad y disposición para aprender y desarrollar nuevas habilidades junto con el resto del equipo.
- Persona que no necesite supervisión para crear código, autónomo.
**Preferentemente**
- Experiência en la entrega y gestión de código en Heroku. Conoces la diferencia entre un web worker y un background worker.
- Conocimientos básicos de frameworks de JavaScript como React.
- Conocimiento sobre pruebas automatizadas, tienes una opinión sobre qué probar y qué no.
- Experiência configurando y trabajando con Docker.
- Conocimiento sobre Logentries, Sentry, Mixpanel, Segment IO.
- Conocimiento sobre empaquetamiento y entrega de código en AWS, Heroku, etc.
