**Your tasks**:

- Support for presentation of commercial offers.
- Installation of equipment on site.
- On-site functional testing of equipment.
- Customer training on the operation and basic maintenance of the equipment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the contract signed with the customer.
- Maintain updated the sales system or sales app.
- Warranty control and reporting.
- Execute activities related to the position.

**Your qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and/or Telecommunications
- At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Customer Service Orientation
