**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a leading U.S. home remodeling company, is looking for a dedicated **Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist.** The role requires strong customer service experience, organizational skills, and proficiency in technology to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and manage project timelines.
- Confirm and process payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on proposals, and coordinate with field technicians.
- Maintain and update information in CRM systems, including JobNimbus.
- Provide billing support and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Must have excellent typing skills and strong knowledge of Excel and other CRM software.
- Be up-to-date with technology trends, and work with dual monitors for efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- **Typing skills**: Fast and accurate typing ability is essential.
- **Proficiency in Excel, JobNimbus, or other CRM tools.**:

- Strong communication skills, able to manage difficult customer interactions and follow established protocols.
- **Personal equipment required**: A computer (ideally dual-monitor setup) and a quality headset with a microphone
- **Resides in Lima, Peru**.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Experience in the **construction/remodeling** field.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Competitive salary** starting at **S/.2,050** per month during the 3-month trial period.
- After the trial period, salary increases to **S/.2550**.
- **Half-month salary bonuses** in July and December.
