We are looking for a self-taught, proactive, and committed senior developer to join our team at a Group of companies with a presence in the United States, Spain, Mexico, and Colombia

As a Senior developer, you should have excellent programming logic and a B1 or B2 level of English to maintain continuous contact in that language. We are looking for a Senior frontend and mobile developer.

Indefinite term contract in Colombia, COL holidays, 15 days off per yearly, certifications

**Junior **3 a 4.5M COP

**Senior **4 a 6M COP

**Outside COL**

**Junior **800 a 1500 US

**Senior **1500 a 2000 US

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm

**Responsibilities**
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks that may impact project progress or quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-architected solutions
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and industry trends
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design and implement reusable libraries and frameworks
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company's products and services remain competitive
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
- Be willing to adapt and pivot quickly when faced with changing project requirements or challenges.
