El perfil es el de _**"Solutions Architect"**_ para trabajo híbrido/remoto, para ello deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

- **NIVEL ACADÉMICO**_
- Bachiller o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines. (Deseable, no excluyente )
- **MODALIDAD**_
- Híbrido / Remoto (Por definir)
- **EXPERIENCIA**_
- Más de 3 años de experiência previa como _**Solutions Architect**_
- **REQUISITOS**_
- Experiência mayor de tres (03) años en el rol, ingeniero de software, consultor técnico.
- Experiência en la creación de soluciones aprovechando las tecnologías AWS, Azure o Google Cloud, con una sólida experiência en desarrollo de software para plataformas móviles, infraestructura en la nube o web.
- Bien versado en metodologías ágiles como SCRUM y Kanban.
- Excelentes habilidades de presentación de soluciones orientadas a negocios y conceptos técnicos avanzados a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
- Experiência liderando algún equipo de trabajo.
- Análisis y Diseño de Arquitectura de Solución
- Conocimiento de los principales frameworks de arquitectura empresarial como guía metodológica para el diseño, evolución y gobierno de las arquitecturas funcionales y tecnológicas de la industria financiera (Ej: TOGAF; BIAN)
- Conocimiento especializado y empleo de las mejores prácticas y procesos relacionados a la definición de las distintas capas de arquitectura, tanto en su versión "AS IS" como "TO BE" tomando en cuenta los Principios, Lineamientos, Estándares y Artefactos definidos.
- Conocimiento y empleo de las mejores prácticas y procesos relacionados a la definición de las capas tecnológicas de arquitectura de integración, software, infraestructura y datos, Capacidad para adoptar tecnologías emergentes e integrarlas en el ecosistema tecnológico de la organización.
- **FUNCIONES**_
- Asegurar que las soluciones sean escalables, seguras y sostenibles.
- Ofrecer presentaciones técnicas de preventa personalizadas a técnicos y no técnicos, audiencias.
- Ayudar al equipo de operaciones durante la transferencia de ventas, la planificación y la publicación de hitos importantes en los proyectos cuando sea necesario.
- Proporcionar la visión inicial y los requisitos técnicos y funcionales previos al inicio de un encargo.
- Ayudar a proyectos en curso con preguntas relacionadas con la arquitectura de la solución.
- Diseñar las arquitecturas de solución, asegurando se sigan las definiciones y lineamientos establecidos, aplicando buenas prácticas y modelos de uso testeados y con buen nível de robustez y confiabilidad
- Difundir la estrategia tecnológica de Arquitectura dentro de los diseños y asesorías brindados
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de integración para sistemas nuevos y existentes.
- Asegurar la interoperabilidad y compatibilidad entre diferentes plataformas y aplicaciones.
- Trabajar con stakeholders para entender y definir los requisitos de negocio y técnicos.
- Crear y mantener documentación técnica completa y precisa para las arquitecturas de soluciones, incluyendo diagramas de arquitectura, especificaciones técnicas y guías de implementación.
- Proveer guía y asesoramiento técnico a equipos de desarrollo durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Resolver problemas técnicos y ofrecer soluciones viables.
- Desarrollar arquitecturas de soluciones que se alineen con las necesidades de negocio y los requisitos técnicos.
- Ayude a los clientes a planificar y diagramar sus ideas en soluciones técnicas a través de sesiones de descubrimiento, sesiones técnicas, sprints de diseño y otros talleres.
