As a HR Services Specialist, you will be a member of the Process Automation, Process Industries division team, responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

**This position reports to**:
HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordination and management in the continuity and implementation of HR activities, global projects and monitoring of defined action plans.
- Detection of areas of opportunity for improvement within the area, in terms of the human factor (impact on people).
- Weekly progress reports based on a predefined work plan in the area.
- Support local annual internal/external audits.
- Onboarding activities and HR communications.
- Assist in the management of employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Support in the realization and tabulation of the metrics of the surveys, programming of meetings with the directors and support in the development of events in the country.
- Maintain and update HR policies whenever there are changes in local legislation and processes to comply with regulatory requirements.

**Your background**:

- +3 years of experience in related or similar positions. Preferably working or collaborating on change projects (technological implementations, organizational restructuring, process improvement, cultural changes, etc.)
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related career. Specialization in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- Domain of Excel, advanced Microsoft Office, among other management tools
- Knowledge of SAP (user level, desirable)
- Knowledgeable about the Employment Law and other laws and regulations related to employment
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
- Advanced English level
