**IT Manager - OneS4 PP-PI and WM Functional Lead**

**DESCRIPTION**

Kenvue is looking for a highly motivated Manager - OneS4 PP-PI and Warehouse Management Functional Lead who is passionate about developing wholistic solutions and providing technical and process expertise to support the end-to-end manufacturing and warehouse management process from BOM /Master Recipe design to execution of orders, inventory receipts and shipping to DC. You will help define the integrated manufacturing and warehouse management solution strategy, drive design and technical implementation, and work with the solution architects to design innovative solutions. You will work on diverse projects from gathering customer requirements to implementing the solution. The OneS4 platform it built on the S4/Hana product of SAP and will be supporting the end-to-end supply chain and financial processes of Kenvue companies globally. Key processes supported by OneS4 are: Plan, Source, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Order to Cash & Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Technical Lead for the implementation of PP-PI, LE-WM, SAP Fiori based barcode transaction changes and enhancements in S4/Hana
- Recommend **how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint **and drive/improve user experience.
- **Support the integration design **based on business needs and Kenvue best practices and recommend appropriate interface strategy, while evaluating capabilities and impacts.
- **Facilitate release planning, sprint planning **and demos as required with business partners.
- Work with other teams to ensure end-to-end build of solution works as designed.
- Support planning and execution of **Technical Testing**; Support Business Process Owners to plan and execute Business Simulation Testing, **User Acceptance Testing**:
QUALIFICATIONS

**Education**:

- B.tech/ B.e degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience and Skills:

- Worked as the Lead on several previous projects involving the implementation of PP-PI, LE-WM, barcode transactions process and it’s integration with related areas like procurement, quality management, planning, finance, warehouse and sales and distribution in a SAP environment.
- 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in SAP PP-PI, LE-WM with relevant experience in implementing integrations between SAP and planning system(OMP), MES ( PAS-X and Traksys) and external warehouse management systems
- Experience with project deliverables including documentation, training, system configuration and production support.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager / Focus Build
- Experience with JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Barcode transactions in SAP LE-WM is preferred.
